Andre founded Aeterna Power in 2024 after a decade building deep expertise across energy and infrastructure: power generation, transmission and distribution, and ultimately the data center construction and commissioning market that now defines the business. As Divisional Leader at Spencer Ogden he ran the power generation, wind and grid divisions, developing strong commercial relationships with major OEMs and general contractors across Europe before identifying the structural gap in the market for a dedicated, process-led data center workforce partner.
Process and innovation are the foundation of how Aeterna operates. Andre brings deep commercial and financial acumen to every part of the business: documented, measurable and designed to deliver.
Andre holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, a PG Cert in Leadership and Conflict Resolution, and attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
Samuel brings deep expertise in technology, AI and market strategy developed over a decade as Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Director at GQR Global Markets in New York. During that time he built and scaled GQR into a leading force in global talent markets, establishing himself as an industry authority on commercial growth, market structure and the application of technology to talent-driven businesses. His background spans systematic and electronic trading through to executive leadership across global operations.
As Founder of Peak Edge Ventures, Samuel actively backs bold founders building the companies of tomorrow, investing across finance, talent and clean technology. Aeterna Power is part of the Peak Edge portfolio.
Samuel holds a BSc in Management Science and Industrial Economics from the University of Manchester.
