4. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected.

  • Contact form enquiries: retained for up to 2 years from the date of submission, after which they are securely deleted
  • CV submissions: retained for up to 2 years from the date of submission. If we have not placed you in a role within that period, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to renew your consent for us to retain your data. If you do not renew consent, your data will be securely deleted
  • Placed contractor data: retained for the duration of the engagement and for up to 6 years after the end of the contract for legal, tax and compliance purposes
  • Analytics data: retained in accordance with Google Analytics data retention settings, typically up to 14 months

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with the following parties where necessary:

Clients

Where you have submitted your CV or been identified as a potential candidate, we may share your CV and professional details with our clients for the purposes of placement on data center construction and commissioning projects. We will only share your data with a specific client where there is a genuine role requirement that matches your profile.

Service providers

  • Hosting providers: our website and data are hosted on secure servers provided by third-party hosting companies
  • Email providers: we use third-party email services to manage communications
  • Analytics: Google Analytics processes anonymised website usage data on our behalf
  • Employer of Record (EOR) partners: where we deploy contractors through EOR structures, relevant personal data is shared with EOR partners for employment, payroll and compliance purposes

We may disclose your data where required to do so by law, regulation, or court order, or where necessary to protect our legal rights.
